Our fish and seafood are delivered daily from Boston. Our supplier, Foley Fish, is a small, artisan fish house with a limited number of customers, including some of the best restaurants in the Northeast. Just to buy from them, our chefs and owners had to spend three days in Boston in an intensive fish buying and handling course.
